Find the diver’s paradise with our own dive center Tetamanu Dive, located inside the hostel. All dive equipment is furnished and a dive instructor who is state certified BEES 1 will ensure your safety.
Exceptional Sites
The Tetamanu pass is well know for its wall of 500 sharks and the wealth of its wildlife yet well preserved. Several divers state that it is the most beautiful pass of all French Polynesia.
Night Dives
Night dives may be organized upon request. We organize 2 to 3 dives a day according to the current. The dives are with ingoing or outgoing currents. We offer Nitrox and Nitrox training upon request.
The Tumakohua pass where Tetamanu Dive is installed, are full of hundreds of fish and sharks. The drifting dive beginner ocean side between 20m and 30m allows you to discover the entire ecosystem of the pass, loaches marbles, nasons, wrasses that evolve on a background of coral rose.

ACTIVITIES
Snorkeling
The Tumakohua pass and the lagoon near the hostel are ideal sites to enjoy Palm Mask Tuba, in other words snorkeling, to discover octopusses, groups of multicolored fishes and corals at shallow depth.
Excursions
Excursions to paradise like islets such as pink sands (picnic) where you may wander and relax peacefully between the lagoon and luxurious vegetation. Play at being Robinson Crusöe!
Lagoon fishing
Lagoon fishing or long line fishing or spear fishing from the hostel boat. The pass is full of fishes you may then savor grilled at your next meal, once caught.
